Anakin's eyes snapped up. He'd been contemplating his drink, trying to remember if it was the third or fourth of the night, but that didn't matter now. They'd lost their target, and he finally had proof Obi-Wan's orders to "just blend in" always led to getting plastered. He had to be blitzed, with what he'd just heard.

Kiss me.

Anakin stared. How? Obi-Wan's mouth hadn't moved. He licked his own lips unconsciously, unable to look away.

Anakin! Obi-Wan barked through the Force. They're staring! Kiss me!

Anakin blinked. Right, of course.

He sighed and leaned into the kiss.
